What Diplomatist is
Diplomatist (operated as a sole proprietorship) is a managed messaging service that records, structures, and audits one-on-one professional discussions conducted over SMS and email. The platform tracks every offer, every counter-offer, and every parameter change, producing a timestamped record of what was discussed and what was agreed.
The product is built for professional contexts where having verifiable documentation of a two-party discussion matters — contract negotiations, scope agreements, rate discussions, term changes, and similar exchanges. Diplomatist is not used for marketing, bulk outreach, list-based campaigns, or one-to-many messaging.
What you get
- Parameter tracking. Configure the dimensions you care about (rate ranges, timelines, scope items). Every message is checked against your bounds before it goes out, and the current state of every parameter is visible at any point in the conversation.
- Full audit trail. Every inbound and outbound message is logged with timestamps, identity metadata, and channel attestation (carrier, delivery status, signature verification).
- Structured outcomes. When a discussion reaches an agreement, you get a clean record of the final terms, distinct from the conversational history.
- Compliance posture. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and recorded. Subprocessors and data flows are documented in our Privacy Policy.

How recipients receive messages
Counterparties receive SMS through Diplomatist only after consent has been established in one of two ways:
- Counterparty-initiated: the counterparty obtains the user’s number through a legitimate channel (email correspondence, business card, referral, prior in-person discussion) and sends the first SMS. The inbound message constitutes consent to receive replies within that conversation.
- User-collected: the counterparty has separately and explicitly consented (verbally or in writing) to receive SMS from the user as part of an ongoing professional discussion. The user is responsible for documenting consent and for compliance with applicable consent requirements before configuring outbound messaging.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. STOP is honored on receipt and the conversation ends. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT are also accepted.

Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on the conversation. There are no scheduled or campaign-based messages. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
No data sharing for marketing
